Many people are baffled by a condition called manic depression. Before talking more about this, you'd better to know what depression is first. Depression is a mood disorder in which an individual miss most of his/her interest in life activities such as working, eating, sex, exercise, etc.  Here we will investigate some of the signs that could point to this condition.

What is it?
Manic depression is also known as bipolar disorder. Mainly people have heard of bipolar disorder and have a broad idea of what its symptoms are. Fundamentally, it is remarked by a series of highs and lows and severe mood swings from one extreme to the other.

Signs and Symptoms
The most regular symptom of people who are diagnosed with this depression is a feeling that their mind is racing. Fundamentally, they experience a flood of different ideas and thoughts all together.
A expedite heartbeat is another universal symptom of manic depression. Anxiety and depression often go hand in hand. Meanwhile, a racing heartbeat is a classic symptom of anxiety. When this symptom is felt up, it can actually get deeper the harshness of any other symptoms you may experience.
Some other usual symptoms linked to this kind of depression include: a failure to relax or terminate doing a certain task. Others include restiveness, going long periods of time without sleep, aggressive or anxious behavior, poor judgment, and strangely happy or excited moods. These are just some of the common signs of this.
As you can see, it is a very serious condition that can establish to be life threatening. Manic Depression won't leave on its own.
