A Full moon is due on Saturday 6th december on the run up to Christmas, and believe me when i say that the moon does effect moods. So if your planning on shopping on Saturday you would be advised to shop with a friend who WONT let you spend all your money on Christmas presents. Bipolar people do in my opinion tend to over engage with Christmas they get sucked into the adverts on tv and hype and spend money like water and regretting what they have done in the new year,leave your credit cards at home and only take cash. Try to take it easy keep away from busy shopping centres, shop online and buy what you can afford dont be influenced by flashy adverts .Have a happy christmas and a better new year.
